As an appraiser, Clarity is one of the better AMC's I have had the privilege to work with. Eric and Bill are always responsive to any questions or concerns I may have with an order. Additionally their back end underwriting team is thorough but also gives liberty to the appraiser to utilize the sales, adjustments and reconciliation that we see fit. I highly recommend Clarity.
