THE WORST – I tried working with Clarity but they are awful. The recruiters are simply out to make money and do not care about your actual job search. There are a lot of other recruiters in NYC - DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They also only staff for administrative positions and they only work with a handful of clients. A total waste of time.

Avoid Clarity Staffing! – Was placed by clarity in a "temp to perm" position at company "A" where I was told by my counselor that after three months "A" will tell me whether or not they wanted to hire me on full time. After being a temp with company A for two and a half months and hearing nothing about a possible full-time position, I decided to speak to my manager. unprofessional and pointless – I had heard bad things about this place (interestingly enough from the client side--that they are very difficult to work with, and very disorganized. A friend of mine has a pretty important position in hiring at a well known media company in NYC, and she is not one to a) tell a falsehood and b) be negative if it isn't warranted. Don't Bother Unless You Are in FINANCE – I am very frustrated with this agency. I told them that I have no interest in working in finance or real estate. Every assignment they got me has been either finance or real estate! Just say you don't have any marketing or creative accounts instead of wasting my time! Now they are trying to pressure me into a 4 months assignment at an accounting firm. Hello! I'm not that desperate. So annoying! Could not find relevant jobs for me. Did NOT listen to me. – The women here gave a half-hearted effort I would say. They did not listen to my interests at all and were merely trying to stick me somewhere so they could be compensated. I was NOT interested in working in financial services and that seemed like the only industry they were offering me. I really felt like they did not take into consideration where I wanted to be - I wasn't that picky - just NOT financial jobs... how hard is that? The agency itself is a decent size... read more

Simply the best agency out there. – I cannot gush enough about how well Clarity has treated me. I came to them fresh out of college, with no work experience and terrible interviewing skills. I met with a few of the recruiters, and it seemed like they instantly adopted me as their #1 project. I'm sure this was not the case, but it really felt that way.
