I didn't expect to be scammed by the first apartment complex I've ever applied to, but here I am. Applied and was approved on July 9th, saw one apartment, and since then, I've been ignored. Ran a hard check on my credit. Proceeded to tell me I needed to provide proof of income which I had already done in the application. Make 4x the rent and denied my application citing insufficient income.
I have been living here for close to 4 years now and every Maintenance request is handled Very fast and I am very satisfied with being here
I'm glad to see many other bad reviews of Claritas. 1 star is much too generous. Their management team are a bunch of thieves and they don't reach out to you after you've applied for an apartment. I have paid them $75 on multiple occasions and never heard a thing. I earn the designated monthly income and I have a high credit score and still nothing. It's truly their loss because they are overpriced and lazy as property managers. They don't deserve good, responsible tenants. I have seen the quality of the units and they are n... read more
