It’s insane to me when walking into somewhere to try and find answers for the issues you are having with a professional and it was everything but professional. She walked in and said “what can I do for you…” from that moment on I was nothing but a bother to her. Dismissed all my symptoms and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by being there. Absolutely do not waste your time seeing her. Jefferson should be ashamed.
One star is more than she deserves. From the moment she entered the exam room, there was nothing but tension. She has absolutely no respect, empathy or care for the patient. I felt dismissed, unimportant and like a bother to her. I will die before seeing her again.
Would give zero stars if I could. She should not be able to practice when she has no respect for her patients.
I have had 2 uncomfortable and unhelpful experiences with Clarissa for 2 very important cases that needed to be handled in a timely manner with documentation, and unfortunately Clarissa was the only one available during the time frame needed. Similar to others’ reviews here, I felt talked down to, was treated passive aggressively, without empathy, and documentation still wasn’t fully and accurately fulfilled. I highly recommend steering away if you can help it.
Passive aggressive, rude, spoken down to, switched doctors 5 minutes after my appointment. She shouldn’t have a job here!
