Got hung up on because apparently they went out out of business.
I was given a Clarisonic Smart Profile facial brush (retail price around $349.00) as a gift in the early fall of 2017. It was purchased either at Sephora or on Amazon. Its battery was dead by the end of March 2018. Clarisonic gave me only one option in order to have it honor the two year warranty: send in email photos of the "device" so that it could "verify" its "authenticity."
