Over the last 2 years I have had multiple issues that they have resolved for me, as well as developing an at home exercise program that has improved my balance, increased my strength and flexibility, and reduced my pain.
Courtney is an amazing therapist. I have had nothing but excellent experiences here. Everyone that works here is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. I have had many physical issues over the years and they have helped me in every area!
I was told that my copay would be $75 went only one visit and they gave me exercises to to do at home. Looked at my elbows range put me in a heated sand thing and I was done. It was only maybe 30 minutes and was charged another $227 on top of the $75 copay since they aren’t considered a physical therapy place only a rehabilitation facility as what my insurance tells me. 🤷♀️ Well I will never be back for sure. They were wonderful a few years ago but I guess the billing department needs to get it together!
