This place was sketchy at best. Tweekers walking around outside the hotel and in the parking lot.
Had a different name when I made the reservation. It was 95 degrees in the pool room because all the rooms AC units dump the hot air into it. Why is the pool green?
This hotel hit all the marks for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Clean rooms, great amenities, and most of all, outstanding customer service. I called ahead to make the reservation due to a few specific needs, and Ronica went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place before I arrived. She was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. The person who gave the one star so sorry your room was not up to your standard. My check in experience was excellent. Ezriah C. really cares how she treats people. I witness her checking in an elderly couple and she went out of her way showing them the room first before they checked. She made sure I was completely satisfied and knew where my room was.
