It's a 2.5 star off i40 in winslow.. not terrible but not great.
Great customer service at the front desk, but rooms were outdated, beds were springy and ok, pillows were deflated & uneven, breakfast was mostly carbs and mediocre, when trying to ask the breakfast lady question about other choices, she ignored us and left. Very unfriendly
Room stinks like cigarette so bad. the bath hub was nasty. break fast room was nice and clean. please do house keeping better.
What a crap hole. Pool was green. When I asked the staff about it they said it was fine. Bathtub old and cracked. It looked like my face. Not a good look. By far the worst part of our trip to Winslow. We are going back to Winslow late in September and we are NOT staying here.
Got there looked at the room and cleanliness was not too bad on the 1st room, but when we got in it and ready to unpack and use the restroom the toilet was turned off and I guess out of Service so they put us in another room , next door,it was in rough shape and a little more dirtier, no smoke detector and the toilet worked but had to flush multiple times before empty and clean, stains on floor and didn't want to guess what it was...went to use the pool ....no towels available, it looked at little green , but lighting was ba... read more
