Very disappointed. Stayed here a few times. It's always been okay. Booked in advance for another stay because we knew a storm was coming in and we would not get over Flagstaff until the next day. We pulled in with loaded down truck and car trailer in tow. They say that they are pet friendly but they are not. They refused us our room because we had a cat. We had to call Choice to get a refund that we will not receive for 1 to 3 weeks and in a snow storm find a new place to stay. We found this to be very unprofessional and a h... read more
Roach hotel. Careful when you stay here there were roaches in the bathroom and they climbed in our suit cases and clothes. Disgusting
My stay here was pleasant. Older hotel that shows a little wear and tear but nice and has a great price. Pool was open but I didn't get a chance to use it. Bed was firm and comfortable with nice sheets. Shaun was at the front desk when I checked in and was friendly with a wealth of local knowledge. Jerry was at front desk when I checked out. Again friendly and professional. I will stay here again
