My mom booked a room for me to stay in. She looked for a place that was pet friendly. I didn’t realize she hadn’t paid for the pet nightly fees. I was rudely locked out of my room and was talked to very poorly. I made sure to label my room as do not disturb with the card they provide and wrote a note. I put my TV volume up and fan in room on so my dog wasn’t affected by outdoor noises. He was content. He is never destructive and the room was left in pristine condition. That is never an issue. Quiet location off the beaten path with easy access to main roads. Rooms acceptable but bathroom floor needed cleaned as there was hair on the floor that could be easily seen. Hotel only accepts $100 cash damage deposit! Will not accept credit card...why not have the option pf either? Ridiculous policy
Love this hotel and has great service
What a great place! The rooms are clean and stocked. Everyone is friendly and pleasant. The pool and hot tub were clean. The breakfast was great! We can't wait to come back.
