We recently stayed at the Clarion Point in Brandon and had a very positive experience overall — but what truly stood out happened after we checked out. We had accidentally left behind a box containing jewelry and watches — items of both monetary and sentimental value. Several days passed before we noticed they were missing. When we called the hotel, night manager Saiel (who goes by Sam) had already secured the box.
