Customer service is great! Everything is so clean. The sheets are so fresh and comfortable. Very quiet and kind environment. I highly recommend. You can’t go wrong with waffles for breakfast

The location was close to restaurants, Publix, Walmart and the Revival Ministries International Men’s Conference. The people at the desk: Amy, Sahil, and all the other individuals were nice and very accommodating. The cleaning staff : Dexter, his wife, and the couple cleaning the rooms were very nice to us. I got to breakfast late 2 mornings. Both Dexter’s wife and Amy helped me get food to eat. The breakfast table was continually replenished and was great. The pool and the rooms were very clean. My husband and I stayed here overnight for a concert and we truly loved it. Definitely will be returning to stay in the loft. Located was nice and quiet in a business section. Staff were super friendly and extremely helpful, very forthright with all fees and deposits/return of it. Very impressed with how updated the property was and the cleanliness. Pool and courtyard area was a gorgeous set up. Also really impressed with how secure the building was, you couldn’t get anywhere without your room key.
