Must not be a new facility as the bathroom wall has been noticable patched. Other than that, the room was nice.Was quiet and the room was spacious and well decorated. One desk chair had the armrests taped. Chair have been there a while.
Totally unacceptable. Booked a room a week in advance and went to check in around midnight the day of the booking and the front desk person told me that they do not accept locals and didn’t have a room for me. Being that it was my WEDDING DAY and live local but had family staying at our house, we didn’t want to stay there and instead wanted to pay money to stay somewhere else. This hotel could use a little renovation but when you get past that you will find spotlessly clean rooms and common areas, exceptionally helpful front desk and housekeeping staff, very comfortable bedding, an extremely well lit parking area and easy access to Interstates 81 and 64. Oh and they put out hot fresh cookies every evening! It’s slightly behind a Walmart if you need to pick up something and there’s possibly the best Chili’s ever within two miles. If passing through again I wouldn’t hesitate in staying here.
