although there was only one towel for a 4 person room and had to get more , service was good , room was clean and waffles were delicious.
10/10 Absolutely Highly Recommend!! Amazing Staff & Customer Service! Soooooo Clean!! Delicious Breakfast! We will definitely stay here from now on anytime we visit Charlotte, North Wilkesboro & anywhere on that side of town.

When we arrived there was a $200 deposit required to be paid. So if you book through a different site, they will not inform you about the deposit until you arrive. The room was clean and the bed sheets were clean as well. The shower curtain had mildew spots. The air conditioners were draining outside the rooms into metal pans, which some of them had become full so puddles of water accumulated or ran down steps. Walls and doors are thin so if you want peace and quiet ask for a room on the far side.
