The room was very big very clean beds were very comfy. The first day check in and morning the young lady had everything well stocked and breakfast was amazing. Very friendly. 2nd morning we got down there right at 8 everything was gone the trash was literally overflowing. I couldn't give the baby nothing but dry cereal, no milk, no juice. Out of everything. Booked through Expedia for March 24 while responding to the Valero refinery explosion in Port Arthur. Arrived with my Louisiana Wallet (LA Wallet — a STATE-ISSUED digital ID, legally valid in Louisiana) and a credit card with tap-to-pay. Front desk refused check-in. They wouldn't accept digital ID or contactless payment — demanded a physical card and physical ID. None of these restrictions were listed ANYWHERE in the booking.
