Ok, so this hotel is too expensive for what it is. I checked in for 2 nights (had a reservation that my fiancé booked for me and had email confirmation), got my room, the floor and drawer handles were filthy and sticky. I cleaned them with a travel pack of Lysol wipes I carry with me. Done and done. The next morning, I had to take my mom to the hospital for a procedure (the reason I was there). I love this hotel I think it is the best hotel in hinesville and not just because of the rooms the staff is absolutely great I love the staff I come back over and over again I leave home on the weekend's just to come and get a room at this hotel the place actually feels like home and the owner is magnificent

The bathroom was DISGUSTING. It looked like the bathroom had never been swept or mopped. Holes in the shower and the hallways had never been vacuumed. The front desk women were extremely sweet and the location was great.

Loved staying here, I rate it 5 stars because the customer service alone was great. The rooms were updated and very clean. Only 2 things I didnt like was the fact there is no elevator for guest to use that stay on the 2nd floor and also the breakfast was very small with hardly any real food . Only hot food offered was a waffle... no eggs or meats ... just waffle and cereal. With a hotel thats nice like this I just expected more. Other than that it was great stay and would recommend to friends.
