DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel had roaches and bedbugs. The manager refused to refund even with proof. They are not sanitary. The housekeepers are nice though.

Stayed here only one night. The breakfast was ok. not many options. The rooms were ok, kind of clean. Overpriced.

Me gustó el servicio desde que llegamos, fueron realmente amables. Las habitaciones estaban bastante limpias y cómodas. El único detalle fue que habían otros huéspedes haciendo mucho ruido en la madrugada por el pasillo y cuando el aire tumbaba todo se escuchaba y el aire acondicionado aunque nos notificaron qué tumban pero tiene sensor de movimiento, me tuve que despertar 3 veces en la madrugada para moverme y que prendiera. Pero todo lo demás estuvi super.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The room had visible cleanliness and maintenance issues right away. The ceiling tiles had heavy rust and staining, the floors and corners looked dirty and not properly cleaned, and overall the space just didn’t feel well maintained. For a hotel, basic cleanliness should be a priority, and this definitely missed the mark. I was pretty disappointed with the condition of the room.
