Great big thank you to Tim! He was a great help to me. Excellent service. I highly recommend this Clarion
Upon arrival our room wasn't thoroughly clean, carpet wasn't vacuumed I had to ask for the vacuum to do it myself, there was no toilet paper in the room, there's no one at the front desk, ever, no room service if you need anything like basic necessities a hotel provides, breakfast is never ready on time, there's is homeless people hanging in and around the hotel all the time.
