The good news is the beds and towels were clean. The pool was out of service but they said we could go in? Spiders on the bottom and surface of the pool. So no swimming. The room smelled wet, the side entrance to the hotel didn’t lock properly. The tub didn’t drain, nor the sink. The carpet was smarmy but we expect that at any hotel. Came in to ask about a room. Stood around for a long time and was about to leave when a couple came out from the back. I don't know if they work there or were staying in the extended stay, but she went to get the lady who was supposed to be working the front desk. Stood there a little while longer and left.
Staff was hard to find I booked more than one day and the key card cut off during the next day and I was trying to get a new key card to enter my room And it took over an hour to get a hold of a staff member
