My dad was transported from Einstein Montgomery to short term rehab in Pottstown. We chose to use a wheelchair van to get him there because he just had leg surgery and could barely walk. The lady that drove the van required my dad to walk up a ramp into the rehab facility on his own. The bill is $250 and we could’ve driven him ourselves or hired an Uber for the same but way cheaper service. Please don’t waste your money or trust your loved one woth these scumbags

CSR telephone answered. I inquired if they have non-emergency ambulance transport/(BLS) as my mother's AETNA retiree insurance referred me to them to schedule transportation. The CSR asked what area you calling for service, I told her 19138 NW Phila. then CSR said we can't do service. I asked her why is it because they don't have non-emergency BLS or ...CSR said no we don't take individuals to appointments we can't use them. I have used them several times and they are WONDERFUL. They have always been on time and the drivers have been kind and courteous doing all of the work that I previously had to do: pushing, carrying equipment, etc. Since doctor's appointments never seem to be on schedule, the return trip scheduling has sometimes been an issue on MY part, but they have been willing to work with me whether I request and earlier or later return. I will definitely be using them for all of my husband's appointments. They have been my lifesaver.
