After being assigned this area for scheduled rest under FMCSA regulations, I expressed disinterest in staying here due to repeated negative reviews, which I shared with my employer (only to be heard by none or ignored by all.) I felt it was necessary to express that this area is unfit for accommodated rest or continued business. Second time staying at the Clarion—definitely our last. The first visit was already questionable: breakfast with no spoons for cereal, no forks for eggs or waffles, and no utensils to serve yourself anything. When we asked for silverware, the staff brought out a random handful like it was a yard sale grab bag—4 spoons, 3 forks, 1 butter knife, and 1 lonely serving spoon… for four families.
