This place is awesome..we have been 3 x within 6 months even through the remodeling and was not a problem. Rooms are gorgeous, we actually got the remodeling room..wow we took pictures..
My first time at this hotel. Please note that they are in a remodeling. The service was great. I was greeted with a smile and a hello. Vincent Brozzeti was very friendly and called me by my name. The room I was in was a very very nice room with a small balcony that overlooked the street. They had hot breakfast. Just the minimal choices. it might be due to the remodeling I guess. Yes, I can't wait to come back to see how this hotel looks.
I had to cancel our trip due to illness, and canceled at 3:55 pm, cut off was 4pm. They charged me $130 for canceling and told me they would not refund it because it was after the cut off time for cancelation. Will never book here again.
