Catfished by photos on Google maps! This place had blood stains, broken furniture, no breakfast as the ad stated, ripped sheets and more. A nightmare of a stay
Floors were sticky like they were mopped with dirty, sugary water that infused with the dust bunnies that were in several spots on the floor. Torn and stained chairs as well as the comforter. No trash basket. Broken electrical plate (safety) and coffee pot. Stopped in the lobby for coffee before leaving. The desk clerk had his head down on the desk (7 a.m.) but popped up to respond to my request for coffee. He pointed to two pots, one of which was empty and burning. Dirty and roach infested. They were everywhere even crawling on bed. Refused to give a refund. Slept in car.
Fridge leaked water... Shower was falling apart and there was so much of other people's hair all over the towels. The room has a joining room to it but was blocked off by a chair and we could hear the other people (who did not sleep the entire night) the whole time which kept us up!!! 🤬
Stopped to stay at this hotel on a drive back from Florida. Charged us $100 despite listing online showing lower rate but it was late so we accepted this The first room they put us in was smoking room with a door knob that had a piece falling off of it. My boyfriend went to request another room and they did promptly move us to a non smoking room.
