If you're coming here, expect a major delay in you'd room being clean or ready. We were here for 4 days, our room wasn't cleaned once. Had to wait 2 hours over the time our room was supposed to be ready. But honestly, there's enough to do around here that it wasn't too horrible. The major problem I have, is that there's no quiet set time. The pool is 24h, great! It's fun. But every single night I've heard little kids screaming until midnight. I had a terrible experience at this hotel and cannot recommend it to anyone. The room was not cleaned properly, and there was a very noticeable, unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in. On top of that, basic amenities were completely missing. To make matters worse, the breakfast was awful. There were almost no options available—they did not even serve basic items like eggs. Very beautiful place has indor and outdoor pool and even cardio room staff is really nice and showers are great there's even a heater in the mirror so the mirror don't fog up
