Reserved a room for two nights through their website. Website said nothing about no refunds at the time of booking. Our vehicle broke down in the middle of missouri. Flat tire on a motorcycle pretty much shuts you down on a weekend. Had no way to continue our trip. Called both hotel and Choice hotels. Choice hotels customer service is someone over seas that is a horrible connection and can't understand. Tried repeatedly to cancel and get refund. My family and I stayed here for only one night, but I’m kind of glad it was only one night. The location is awesome, because it’s conveniently located on the strip, however the hotel itself is very outdated and needs major remodeling. Most hotels we stay at have smart TVs, and while that isn’t a huge problem, it would’ve been nice if the room had a smart tv. This is so disappointing. I went to this hotel a couple years back and I absolutely loved it. Decided to come back to this hotel and it’s just a nightmare now. Everyone is rude af and the bedrooms are disgusting. I wanted to order from the pool side bar and grill and there’s a poster in the room saying to scan a QR code to take you to the website.
