Alex was wonderful, very nice n even a sense of humour..lol...had lost my card i,showed up ,for reservation..ot was a mess ,but we made it eork.wish weather had been hotter...but for the price...was very pleased.
I was very happy with how clean the rooms are maintained. Even the lobby. The price was great for what you get. I'm very grateful I chose this hotel in Cleveland vs any other. Dog-friendly for dogs under 25 pounds($15/night), 2 dogs max, $15 per dog per night. The laundry only has cold water so that was a downside. I was going to give 4 stars but the person working at the counter was always helpful. Her name is Gibby. She was just the sweetest and so helpful. She made the hotel 10 star worthy if I could!!! 🙏😊 Thank you!
The rooms were pretty sketchy! Not what you see in their pictures. Looks nice from the outside, not so nice on the inside. I would not stay here again especially knowing there are so many different options within a half mile radius!
