Booked 1 double bed room. Key didn't work, went and got another key, still didnt work. Then I saw on my bank app, they charged me twice. And an extra 100 for incidental. Crazy. 1 double bed room cost me over 600 dollars. Now I have to contact my bank to correct it. They were super nice. But still unbelievable..

Stayed here when there was only one other room in the entire place. A bit antiquated but has everything you need, breakfast is good but costs, which for me was np. More important than all the staff was kind and helpful. Will love to come back one day and stay here just for the history I now have with it. Go and be well adventured

This is an older hotel but it’s modern and my room was very clean. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. However, this hotel is large and spread out. Things weren’t close to each other. If you have problems walking this may not be the place for you. I had a terrible time just getting to my room. The elevator is not close to rooms and the lobby elevator involves stairs to get to the level the rooms are on. All the first floor rooms smell like a moldy basement. The general manager and staff are worthless. VERIFY YOUR CHARGES. We booked through Priceline and paid through Priceline. The Hotel requested a card to put a 150 dollar hold. This hold turned into two charges totaling over $1000 on top of the amount already paid to Priceline.
