Rooms-4, I had no complaints, but I've yet to be wowed into a 5 star score. Service-5 front desk went above and beyond for a request, even if it did take a day and a half, she preformed miracles. Location-5 pretty dang convenient location for where we were working this particular week.
Booked 2 accessible rooms. Drove 5 hours and upon arrival front desk agent yelled at us and cursed in front of young children bc they had no accessible rooms available. They don’t update their website clearly. This isn’t a simple mix up. We had two adult children with us who had nowhere to shower or use the washroom. Denied a refund too. I am appalled. Shame, shame, shame on you.

This is a bad hotel. Choice should pull it from their brand. Someone died in the pool and it has apparently been closed since then. The laundry room is broken. Heaters in rooms, locks for doors broken. Severely outdated and has not been renovated. It's like a shell of a hotel expo center. The outdoor pool area is disgusting. Like level 11 gross.
