The Clarion is mismanaged and almost turned my wedding day into a disaster. I got married on 12/12/24 and booked the venue in May. Around September 1st I was informed the hotel had been sold and to recontact the hotel at the beginning of October which I did. But on the 1st of November I received an email from the GM, Bethany Johnston, telling me that "I am taking over all of the proceedings from here on out."
