Both front desk customer serv reps - absolutely amazing .. room was phenomenal, hot breakfast was to die for .. will stay again
The room was clean, the breakfast was still fresh & it was almost & last but not least Mendy had awesome customer service & a warm smile
From the time we got here the man at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! Check in was wonderful! Room was convenient! Hotel is close to so many things! Restaurants in walking distance! We felt safe! My daughter and husband both told me that from now on when we stay in fredricksburg to book here! The breakfast is AMAZING TOO! not just a grab and go!
