Staff nice and friendly. If I could say something nice about this hotel I would. Anyhow, the non smoking policy was implemented on July 1st but room was smoky/musty smelling. I went to front desk to ask for air freshener and she said even housekeeping doesn't have any. Furniture In room old/stained. Sinks cracked, faucets loose. Outlets loose. Rug bare in some spots. Ded a must stay in Fredericksburg! Close to shopping, restaurants and they have their own Laundromat. Front desk lady couldn't be nicer! Marked for my go to hotel in this area.
Probably the worst stay I’ve ever had at a hotel. The main reason we booked this one was for the indoor pool/hottub and it wasn’t even filled or working. Place is half condemned caution tape everywhere rooms were disgusting. Holes in the curtains letting the light in, door didn’t properly lock, The sink wouldn’t even turn on, tub didn’t drain and the water didn’t even get remotely close to warm.
