I stayed a night on a work trip. The room was nice but it had no drinking water. And I accidentally left my pregnancy pillow and didn’t get it back… despite calling and asking to send it at my cost. I understand it was my mistake but who steals a pregnancy pillow?! Very disappointed.
I only stopped for a quick overnight, on both occasions arriving late and leaving early. Always someone at the desk until 23:00 and again from 06:00 Rooms are clean and modern but the front rooms can get noisy as they overlook the street. Underground secure night parking is available- no charge.
Quiet room, black out curtains, reception on main floor rooms on a few of the upper floors in a business building.
The staff at this hotel were phenomenal. They were extremely helpful and nice. They were gracious enough to let visitors wash laundry in their machines which was a great perk. I would say there again. It is close to everything in the area.
