Property was dirty, food on the foor while looking at our room. One of the elevators was not working so we had to walk to the end of the hall, get on the other elevator, go up then walk all the way back. Also the property decided to down grade our room from 1 king to 2 beds without telling us. Then when we went back to the front desk they wouldn't issue a refund. After i talked to expedia they agreed to give us less than half our money back.
This place is absolutely disgusting! I would have rather have slept in my car. Pretty sure they have bed bugs! Their is a sign that states they strive on cleanliness but that's not true. There was chicken nuggets and other food in the hallways. Elevators were broke and another guest was complaining there A/C was out but guest services was not doing anything to help. They will down grade your room even though you paid for a different room and claim they over booked. They will do anything to not make the stay right. Do yoursel... read more
