I am from Pakistan, have been charged an amount of USD 77.68 on September 11, 2025, at 14:45 by Clarion Hotel Broken Arrow. My booking was from 8 September to October 7,2025. Kindly note that I had cancelled my free booking reservation on July 9, 2025. Despite this cancellation, the above-mentioned amount has been deducted from my account by Clarion Hotel Brocken Arrow Tulsa USA. I am trying to refund the charged amount at the earliest. Wifi service isn't that good, location is by expressway so you hear truckers, worst part- motel is remodeling and the bathroom inside my room, no room to use it. See pic in insert... This post is mainly for me, so I don't book at this motel again ( personal preference)

This is barely a decent enough quality to be a rodeway, absolutely not Clarion quality. I'm not sure why there are rooms being rented on the floor that is being renovated, but it's probably because the owners are trying to switch the hotel to a Ramada, so they just don't care. Because I didn't extend my stay at the front desk, all of my belongings were removed from my hotel room, without even so much as a courtesy call. Consider yourself warned. I have stayed in countless hotels across the world, and this is the worst one I've ever stepped foot in. My wife and I walked in, went to our room, and then immediately left without refund when we saw the condition of this place. We even went to each level of the hotel to make sure it wasn't an issue isolated to just our floor. The hotel looked like the entire thing underwent renovation months ago but the project was abandoned leaving bare walls covered with mold and water damage. Paint was spilled ... read more
