Room was small but sufficient, everything was very clean and staff was friendly. Hotel was centrally located near everything we were doing, but the bed was so hard, I think the floor may have been more comfortable to sleep on.
Stay as far away from this place as possible!! My husband and I stayed there for about two weeks. We had our service animals with us. The GM waived the pet fee because our room was so clean that the cleaning crew was in and out within 5 minutes. We went to rebook and the woman at the front desk (terribly disrespectful) short hair, cant remember her name.. anaya or something similar went to charge us for the pet fee after trying to charge my card fourteen times for different amounts $200, $215, $300, $400, $215, $327, plus a ... read more

This was my first stay at a Clarion and I don’t think I will be back. The hotel front desk was severely understaffed and check in times exceeded 45 minutes. We were with a room block so the large number of check ins was not unexpected. Friday evening was extremely noisy, with unsupervised children running the halls. Instead of addressing this with their adults, parents like myself who were supervising their children were asked to tell other guests to do the same! Our second night was terribly unwelcoming.
