My wife required eye surgery and a follow-up appointment the next morning. The Clarion is within walking distance of the eye clinic AND they offer a very good medical discount rate. The staff allowed us early check-in after her surgery (thank you). Rooms were fine (we slept well). Breakfast was included (sit down with menu service). That's it, nothing fancy, just a close hotel with nice people, good rate, great location.

I was charged twice for my stay and wasn’t even given a reason as to why I was charged twice. I’ve called about a refund and have been told multiple times that my refund should be sent in 3-5 business days. I was told that they would keep in touch with me and haven’t heard anything from them unless I call them. It’s been 2 months and I still haven’t got my refund.Terrible customer service.

Finger weg von diesem Hotel! Ich war sehr enttäuscht – dreimal um Reinigung gebeten, nichts ist passiert. Service: null. Stay away from this hotel! I was very disappointed – asked three times for cleaning, nothing happened. Service: zero.
