Ok I have to say we had a good experience with the Clarions location being so close to the venues we needed to be at and the shuttle service offered for the hotel guests was a life saver and the driver was like a tour guide for us with best locations to see. The hotel rooms were clean, the hotwater didnt flinch which is typically normal when the hotel s are sold out ,breakfast was offered in morning with coffee ... Clean, comfortable, very functional.
I went to get a cup of coffee and came back to my room door open and housekeeping had already stripped the room. I hadn’t even checked out yet. Check out is at noon this was 10am. I checked in here because my daughter was having cancer surgery at Maine medical. I asked specifically for check out time and was told it was at 12pm. So much for taking a nap in the room I paid for before my four hour drive.
