I’ve had very good experiences with Clarion Insurance, over many years. The one time I had to make a claim they were quick to respond and I was satisfied with the outcome. The customer service is very good. Recommended.

Great customer service and general responsiveness. I (fortunately) haven't had to file a claim, but have heard from colleagues that Clarion has handled their claims with ease.
They always respond to my emails within the hour and, although I never had to make a claim so far, I know of people who had accidents with their instruments and they took care of them as soon as they had a repair evaluation from a reputable violin shop
We have insured our instruments through Clarion for over 10 years. Thankfully we've never had to make a claim, but their customer service has always been outstanding. They are easy to reach by phone or email. Thank you!
