LET ME PREFACE THIS BY SAYING THE PRODUCTS ARE NOT THE PROBLEM, THE COMPANY IS. I recently received a link to write a review about them and I gave my honest opinion REGARDING THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THEM. I guess they wanted me to lie because my honest opinion “goes against their rules”. I really wish I could give zero stars, but one star is the lowest option. This was my first time purchasing from Clarins, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. I ordered an Advent Calendar as a gift for a friend, but it arrived late, so I had to buy something else instead. When I contacted customer service to return it, I was told that I would have to pay for the return shipping myself. That was extremely frustrating, especially since the delay was not my fault.
