Just purchased a skincare set it was made from 2024, I bring back to return or exchange for newer products and the staff told me all there’s skin care products good for five years, she shocked me by saying that, she needs a better training to learn the product!

I was hesitant to visit Clarins Outlet in Tulalip because of the negative reviews, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance—especially after their recent move to a new location. I had a great experience today thanks to Colleen! She was incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. The new space is clean and inviting, and the service totally changed my perspective. Definitely worth checking out!
