Hello I wanted to send an email regarding your salesperson Rose that helped me at your Clarksburg Outlet Store. When I tell you the knowledge she with your products and how it will help my skin was amazing. She had me buy things that I didn’t know anything that I need for my daily routine. She was so pleasant and took her time with me with all of the questions I had. Clarins you have a good employee working for your company.

The store itself was super beautiful and put together, but when I came in on 02/07/2025 the young lady who was working the counter with glasses was very off putting and unfriendly. Dont know what her issue was but I felt very unwelcomed. She said nothing to me the entire time I was there…….
