Would just like to share some kind words to this builder. Both my parents and I purchased a house from Esquire Homes in Bowmanville. While these homes were being built throughout the COVID lock downs and having our fair share of problems with delays, workmanship and decor centre representative . On behalf of my husband, we are glad we did some research prior purchasing a new home. Esquire Homes showed professionalism, promptness and performance on their work. Eventhough we got caught up during the pandemic but they were able to deliver and done their job. They need a few adjustments on some parts like people inside the main office, to make sure they do the paperwork correctly so that to avoid mistakes and dilemmas. Keep up the good work and wishing the company will received more recognition and recommendations. 🤟👍

Esquire Home Builders has got to be the best home Builders in Canada . They don't just build houses, they build HOMES! They consider every detail of the buyer, so you feel like you're truly getting your DREAM HOME. Customer service is A1. I bought an Esquire home, moved in almost two years ago. They tend to every concern and not satisfied until you are. I cannot say enough about this Builder. If you're in the market for a new house, find an Esquire model - Newcastle - wink, wink... you will never want to move again!!
