The secretary is very rude needs to work on her people skills had an app and still waited over a hr to get seen do your self a favour get a different Doc.
Extremely condescending and rude staff. Medical care is a fundamental right in this country and they behave as though the doctors are doing us a favour. I hope they realize our taxes pay for their jobs and salaries. It’s pathetic to see such demeaning attitude towards patients. I literally saw one of them roll their eyes. When people step into a medical facility, they are vulnerable and the least you can do is not be arrogant.
Take sides for split parenting. Don't take the child's best interest in mind. Allow the father to bully his way in and lie about everything. If I had all these bad reviews, I've read, I would close my business... be fair... be good... be honest... don't take advantage of ppl... change... take accountability... that's the problem with all ppl and businesses now days... ego, arrogance and stubbornness run this world... it needs to stop...
I have tried to contact the office 3 times, left messages asking to have my calls returned and I'm still waiting. What is reception even in the office for? They are not know for being truthful when questioned About pharmacy faxes either.
Nothing has changed since last visit. The receptionists are rude. In a previous post I shared that Sonya was great but she has become very rude. I stood waiting for someone to talk to me and while Sonya was free she didn't open her mouth and when she did she was unprofessional. The doctors are great. The doctor's assistant makes wierd comments that she needs to go back to nursing school. The clinic needs a fresh set of receptionist for sure!
