Receptionist Sonya was rude and unprofessional upon my arrival today. I called the office every day for a week straight to book an appointment, went to voicemail every time, no call back. What’s the point of reception if they don’t answer phones and are unable to make the office warm and inviting. Customer service training should be done.
I’ve just decided to stop being followed by my family doctor after 2 years. It was a well-considered decision, given the shortage of such doctors. But there were too many things I cannot accept as a patient - even if there were a few good things. I have a lot of sympathy for the medical professionals - since most of my family was part of it - and I understand that the system is in distress right now. Great place. Sonia is beyond helpful! Dr. S is a great guy. Always confirms you understand what he's saying.
The secretary is very rude needs to work on her people skills had an app and still waited over a hr to get seen do your self a favour get a different Doc.
