Love the staff here. They take such good care of my boy 💕
The vet here was very diligent and professional but as a new client -- my experience with the admin.has been lacking. The wait times during our first few visits were long and unacceptable. Maybe an emergency? No problem but arriving on time for the first appt as a new client and waiting over 30 minutes in the waiting room with two large anxious dogs in tow was a challenge, no apology or explanation. This animal clinic is, without question, the best veterinary practice I have experienced. The reception team is consistently welcoming, professional, and easy to communicate with. They are always willing to answer questions and every interaction is smooth and informative. The veterinarians are exceptional. I cannot express how wonderful everyone is here. We have taken our pets here for years and have always received excellent care. Recently our senior boxer had been diagnosed with cancer and went downhill rapidly. We had to make that call that no one wants at 7:30am. Not only did they fit us in right away but they rearranged schedules so we could see Dr Jackie. They were able to make one of our worst days more comfortable and peaceful. We cannot thank them enough for their care and kindness, it made all the difference!
Just had our first visit with our little puppy. They handled her with absolute love and care. Could not have asked for a better first appointment. Amazing staff and cannot say enough great things about them. Highly recommend.
