Norma, Renee, Stephanie, and Sue were all kind and quick to see to my comfort, etc. The entire procedure could not have been easier for me. Maybe a waiting room rather than hallway would have been a bit nicer, but staff was fine. I was a bit foggy in the brain when Dr. Schaeffer explained my results if Sue or the Dr would mail me a message it would help me know what is expected. I do thank you 4 a most pleasant experience in a "stressful" day. Thanks, Rod
