I live in claridges, horribly managed! You can never even get a response from the property company about any inquiries, even after several follow ups (phone and email!!!). Also all amenities have been CLOSED for all claridges residents for over 2 years, but no reduction in any fees or any insight about when we may be able to enjoy the amenities we pay for (and don't bother asking, you get brushed off with no answers). Also everyone here complains about everything! Even if you follow the rules you get complaints and no answer... read more
