My daughter has lived in Tribeca East from its original opening. She loves this place. It is a well-managed property in a great location. It has fantastic elevator service (3 elevators for a 160-unit building). Over the years when visiting 40 Nepean, I have often asked people in the elevators what they think of this building. The responses have always been positive. I read the 1-star review of Eldar Islamovic and the negatives he identified are simply not true. (Perhaps he has a grudge about something.
