I've been living here for about 7 months now in a one bedroom unit. I've had a great experience overall - concierge is friendly, amenities are ample and well taken care of. (And they even upgraded the gym recently to include a squat rack/Smith machine). Deliveries are simple to retrieve too. Four stars because I have two issues. The elevators require a key fob to use, which doesn't seem to make a lot of sense since you also need to use a key fob to enter the building. This makes having guests over a bit of a hassle. My daughter has lived in Tribeca East from its original opening. She loves this place. It is a well-managed property in a great location. It has fantastic elevator service (3 elevators for a 160-unit building). Over the years when visiting 40 Nepean, I have often asked people in the elevators what they think of this building. The responses have always been positive. I read the 1-star review of Eldar Islamovic and the negatives he identified are simply not true. (Perhaps he has a grudge about something.
