Living at Claridge House Condos under the management of HM Heckle has been an extremely disappointing experience. The most glaring issue is the complete lack of communication from management. Resident concerns are routinely ignored, and any attempt to get clarification or updates on building matters is met with silence or dismissiveness. Quiet building. Friendly, respectful neighbors. Perfect morning coffee and treats at main floor coffee shop. Lived here just over a year. Great downtown location. Minutes from Medical District. Great views.
Robbed at gun point and attempted car jacking right infront of the doors. Called office for footage. I was told it couldn’t be leased even with a police report if detectives don’t ask for it… MPD isn’t the fastest so I was left with no answers. Not safe.
I biked by Qahwa, located at the base of the Claridge House. It's a coffee shop where I had a tasty latte and cherry danish. A couple playing chess and one on a laptop, friendly and inviting.
Amazing views, safe area bc of police presence, new pool, elevators, many upgrades to building, storage facilities downstairs, jacuzzi, meeting room and rooftop grills and gathering space. Very walkable and convenient.
