Purchased our home in October 2021 and all we have is a foundation… no work has been done on our house in the last 7 months. We were supposed to move into our home in October 2022 and were then delayed until February 2023.. however we are now in November and still only have a foundation with zero progress having been made on our home in 7 months… doesn’t look like we will be moving in in February 2023 either… absolutely ridiculous.

Atrocious and incompetent after-sales service. Also, the company does not care about environmental or social responsibility. They’ve repeatedly left garbage - including housewrap and insulation - lying around in the Mer-Bleue Conservation area. Even though I emailed the sales and construction offices about it, nothing was done about it until a city inspector showed up. On closing, our driveway was not paved. one year into purchasing this house and there are problems left and right. with the floor,the walls and everything they havnt finished doing. BUT when you try to talk to them about it they either ignore you and don't want to do it. or they just make is somehow worse with their bad builders and bad quality materials. a home made in 1989 had less problems then this home. btw this isint just us every home has a problem. (their customer service is just sad to watch)
