The Emerald City is perfect in every way! The incredible staff. Armando leading a well oiled machine of maintenance folks that are efficient and must be invisible..... The office is knowledgeable the apartments are AMAZING LAYOUTS’. Neighbors are wonderful! New crowds are moving in and the grandchildren make the pool alive at times and mostly it’s an amazing relaxing place!
