Great community living for people who can read and follow processes much like a rental agreement or city of Edmonton bylaws. Love the way tenants look out for each other and the added security. Pets allowed but restrictions apply.
Community!!!! There is absolutely no community compassion or empathy. More like parking Nazi"s or nosey parkers and busy bodies. I'm only here to take care of my parents, and have procured over 500$ in parking tickets and I've been hit with an extra 100$ a month fine for my pet being over sized. But..... there are multiple big breed with in fifty feet of my door. This being JUST the tip of the iceberg. The harassment seems endless. Extreme caution!!!!!!!
