Clareview Village is a quiet affordable community. Great place to live!
Terrible. The new board dose not respect privacy they spy on you as well as if the board dose not like you they will twist things as well … My daughter had spilled some of her noodles on the side walk and we cleaned it up the next day to being told it was throw up when it was only noddles they don’t accept service animals either my service dog was approved during move in and they back tracked saying he’s no longer welcome and he’s don’t nothing he’s a senior dog now so almost out of retirement they do yard checks every today... read more
2025: current BOD is ran by a tyrant who has no concern for others opinions or experience (9 block). SGM scheduled Nov 6/25 to remove board. Community matters. 2023: Great community living for people who can read and follow processes much like a rental agreement or city of Edmonton bylaws. Love the way tenants look out for each other and the added security. Pets allowed but restrictions apply.
