It has taken me a long time to write this review. It’s been very hard to even think about the terrible experience I had here. A couple years ago I brought my dog in for emergency euthanasia late at night. If I had known how horrifying it would be I would have stayed home with him. First when we got there Dr. Singh just watched as me and my spouse struggled to carry him in. We ended up dropping him once because he was very large and heavy. Dr Singh just stood there and watched. I had an emergency after hours visit in October with my little dog, Tia. Unfortunately Tia passed away before we were able to get her help. I am so thankful for their compassion and kindness that I was shown that night.
They were able to squeeze me in on the same day when I had to drive 2.5 hours to get there for an urgent matter relating to my cat Jimmy. The care was beyond great and the staff and veterinarian were all very friendly, kind, and patient when it came to my hundred questions. Safe to say they made the 2.5 hour drive worth it, and Jimmy was already doing so much better that same evening.
It's easy to find this place. Staff are very friendly. The vet was great. No complaints here. Will certainly be back here again.
