First off, their entire beer display has not a single price tag. I asked the owner if he had a price listing and he gave me a half assed excuse about not knowing how to enter them into the system. I then went to buy some cheap beer to make sure i wasn't going to get ripped off. When I got to his cashier he rung up my two beers, I inserted my card into the machine, and he SIGNED MY NAME!! This store has expanded and now carries a variety of craft beers. Since the expansion the place looks awesome with about 10 beer chests in the back! Definitely an upgrade for them. The employees were helpful too in picking something out. Definitely will stop by again when I go into the city....you should too!
RecommendedClarendon Wine Co. recently expanded the craft beer selection. Many local breweries, and you can buy singles if you want to pick and choose things you have never tried, which is great!
They are helpful when it comes to suggesting newer beers to try. The bigger beer chest is a great addition and has improved their selection. It can get very crowded in here so have some patience and your ID and you’ll be fine. Every time I’m in here people seem to be making a stink over not being served because they don’t have an ID or it’s out of state. So just be prepared.
Made me call the cops because of my legal, government issued out of state ID and refused to give it back until I did. I get being careful, but this was absolutely unreasonable and inappropriate. I never thought I'd review a wine shop for their service, but this was so bad something needs to be said. It was just a huge waste of my time and theirs. I was a regular here. That's definitely not the case anymore.

I am a 25 year old tourist that came from North Carolina tried to buy an 8 dollar bottle of wine but bc the manager of this establishment is clearly ignorant he refused service to me because he didn't recognize the out of state ID then threatened to call the police on me and yelled F***k You as I was made to leave! I would not suggest going here ever! Besides the rude customer service you could be from another state and get refused bc he is too stupid to check the ID correctly.
