Noone is answering the phone I was on hold so long the line disconnected all I want to know is if they do medical checks for heavy vehicle licences

I find Dr. Francois amazing with my 87-year-old mother. he is always friendly, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. Marie at the desk is also remarkable; they both genuinely stand out and truly care. HAve to say all staff are great but these two stand out
Pathetic is an understatement. Waiting to connect to the receptionist for in excess of 10 minutes then the phone is disconnected. Called back only to wait once again for a further 6 minutes. I was then connected with the most condescending person imaginable. Reception (not all members of the team) need to lift their game, speak to people with courtesy, respect and not like we are all stupid. Active listening and empathy are all learned skills. Get some further education into that practice for the sake of all users.
