Rude nasty staff here 😡😡
Clmp recently introduced a Rapid Health option. This is very efficient as it saves you anxiously waiting to try to book appointments at 8am in the mornings. Even when it is difficult to get an appointment on the NHS app, Rapid Health resolves all that. It allows you to input your symptoms and a GP will call you back. Clmp seems to pioneer these initiatives. I had always been very critical of the surgery, but they have strived to make significant improvements.
