Called to request a refill on my medication and was told that I had to be seen by the Doctor and that I can come in the next morning. Well when I arrived I was refused treatment for a $70 bill. I also offered to pay half on my bill at the time of requested service and was still denied. I needed refills on my medication that I need to take on a daily basis and was denied. I really loved Dr. Williams and enjoyed going there but apparently $35 is more important that my health or well-being. Its truly sad.
