Their garbage area is currently feeding a colony of rats. These rats have Infested our whole block and they won’t do anything
If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is disgusting, and management is unresponsive and clearly doesn’t care. I’ve tried working with them to resolve issues, but they have no interest in helping. Many people I know who live here feel the same way, but they’re stuck because they can’t afford to move. Don’t move here—they don’t care about their residents. INFESTED WITH ROACHES 🪳
It's really a bad company, didn't keep the scheduled appointment or respond to email, wasted our time.
I am going thru a thing with them now and I may edit this later with full details once this is over but all I can say is like the other low reviewers have said, the management is absolutely horrendous and disgusting. I am in the process or THOUGHT I was in process of lease termination due to the uninhabitable unit (which if that is the case you can terminate your lease early) and as of now I believe the area property manager has ghosted me.
