RecommendedWhen I visit, someone always stops me to give an update on my mom, relay a funny story or simply say Hi. Requests and concerns are attended to in a reasonable amount of time. The Executive Director, Peter, has sent weekly communications, to keep us attuned to the goings on during the Pandemic. My Mom moved into Clarendale when they opened and we couldn’t be happier. It’s a beautiful facility with great people and programs.
Clarendale is awesome. Mom has lived there for 1 1/2 years. The staff is very caring and looks out for your loved ones best interest. The aids and nurses are awesome and patient. After looking at many places for mom I am confident after 1 1/2 years that the correct decision was made when choosing Clarendale. I love that they offer entertainment and crafts, as well as outings for those that are able to attend. Oh and the food is fantastic!
From the moment we walked in it felt like a warm hug! Everyone was so welcoming and beyond nice! Pat gave us a tour even though she had just stopped in on her day off to pick something up. Spent a long time answering our questions. Nurse Lonnie has been so accommodating and encouraging as we transition mom here, as we're ALL the employees we met! The calendar of events and activities is outstanding and know mom will be happy here! Looking forward to being a part of this community!
Exceeds expectations. My father became an assisted living resident about six months after Clarendale opened. The family has been impressed by the amenities and the staff. With the exception of a few minor communication problems with an ESL nurse, everything has proceeded smoothly. The facility has a variety of nice touches like a happy hour at the bar, a house golden retriever, spa and a luxurious movie theater.
