Scammers! Just want your money, and bad customer service. Empty promises, so disapointing. Just want a refund but they ignore all messages/calls. Avvoid at all costs
Very disappointing. Ordered and paid for some parts. Promised they would be dispatched that week, in plenty of time to repair the car over Easter but nothing. Tried calling a thousand times, they've a really nice AI lady, Lucy, but she cant help with anything specific but takes a message....... I hear crickets... I've messaged through messenger but once they found out that I was chasing an order that was already paid, no responce. A real shame. I will be passing this on to Dunn & Bradstreet later this week, see what they can... read more
