I’ve been at CVC Yamba for 12 months and it’s been a total game changer! No matter your age or experience, Caz and Miz are amazing coaches, and the whole team Justin, Ava, Nic, Kat, Bec, and Raimi always make you feel welcome and supported and give you a smile. I’d never done CrossFit before, but I feel safe, motivated, and part of an awesome community. It’s not just a gym it’s a place for quality! 💪
I popped into CVC for the week late last year while on holidays and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, the trainers are amazing and the gym is set up really well. I can't wait to visit again in 2025!

CVCF is the most inclusive, welcoming gym I have ever been to. Miz and Caz always give such productive, positive feedback and I always leave feeling incredible. It really is a community, and I would reccomend this gym to anyone considering crossfit. I have learnt so many new skills in the few classes I have been to and I always leave feeling inspired and proud of myself. Always such a pleasure.
