I’ve been at CVC Yamba for 12 months and it’s been a total game changer! No matter your age or experience, Caz and Miz are amazing coaches, and the whole team Justin, Ava, Nic, Kat, Bec, and Raimi always make you feel welcome and supported and give you a smile. I’d never done CrossFit before, but I feel safe, motivated, and part of an awesome community. It’s not just a gym it’s a place for quality! 💪
I popped into CVC for the week late last year while on holidays and I had a wonderful experience. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, the trainers are amazing and the gym is set up really well. I can't wait to visit again in 2025!
