Come for the fitness. Stay for the community! These guys are bloody awesome, and the trainers are very good at adjusting the workouts for each person.

I’ve been at CVC Yamba for 12 months and it’s been a total game changer! No matter your age or experience, Caz and Miz are amazing coaches, and the whole team Justin, Ava, Nic, Kat, Bec, and Raimi always make you feel welcome and supported and give you a smile. I’d never done CrossFit before, but I feel safe, motivated, and part of an awesome community. It’s not just a gym it’s a place for quality! 💪
