Les is an absolute legend! Anna on reception is the friendliest and most helpful (and she knows her cars)! Luke is also a legend, doesn’t say much but gets the job done! The work they did on my car was exceptional (considering the manual is missing).I would recommend anyone needing a service/ repairs etc to give them a call! Awesome job Clarence Valley Automotive.

I had a break down and had my 2016 Q7 towed to them from out on the highway. They were so accommodating and helpful. Working out what's broken and how to fix and all very quickly. Lovely team and fantastic service!

Had some work done on my brakes. Paid $700 They dropped my van during the work and crushed the pinch welds. The sliding door was unable to be opened due to the pinch welds being pushed up so high. Nobody told me,they just charged me $700 gave me my keys and watched me walk away. When i returned they grab a hammer and bash the pinch welds down. They are now battered and destroyed. Called these guys after reading their google reviews, and so glad I did!!Has to be one of the best mechanics in town. I broke down while driving from Queensland to Tasmania, and they took my car in without hesitation. They diagnosed the issue, completed the repairs quickly, and charged a very fair price. I can't recommend them highly enough. Thanks again for getting me back on the road!
